Email Marketing Basics Part II

• Use the recipient’s name
• Avoid signs: $, &, !
• Email marketing is less effective during holidays
• Put your best offer first (above the fold)
• Recipients need to recognize it’s you – use corporate colors, design, and logo
• Give a bonus with subscription
• Quality content is required
• Answer questions you get from your customers
